What is at stake
The Danish government fee for permanent residence is DKK 7,570 (DKK 4,970 for family reunification). It is not refunded if you are refused. Check your requirements for DKK 299 before you apply.

What am I paying for?
You pay for the personal comparison of your answers, explanations, next checks and document list in one report. The rules are public and can also be read at nyidanmark.dk.
Does the report guarantee permanent residence?
No. It automatically compares your answers with the standard requirements covered. The authorities check your evidence and make the decision. The report does not change the deadlines for your current permit.
What if I do not know an answer?
Choose Don’t know. Your report will identify what needs checking. It cannot confirm information you are unsure about. You will see the number of uncertain answers before buying.
Which cases does the report cover?
Permanent residence for the group of employees and pensioners described above. EU residence, new spouse reunification applications and special circumstances need a different review. We check the scope before purchase.
How do I receive the report?
You receive the advice agreement as a PDF by email, and the report normally opens in this browser a few seconds later. The agreement comes first because the law requires that you have a copy of it before the report is delivered. You can download the report as a PDF. Save it on your device; browser access lasts 30 days. You provide your email and payment details to Stripe.
What happens to my answers?
They stay in this tab until you proceed to payment. They are then stored encrypted on the server to deliver your report. Answers and reports are removed after 30 days. Read the privacy information in the terms.

The standard report only works for one specific type of case. Based on your answers, it cannot give you a reliable result. This does not mean you cannot get permanent residence, only that your case needs a different kind of review.
