The service

The free check and the paid application pack give an overview of the conditions for certification under section 9 a(21) of the Aliens Act, as they apply from 1 January 2027, and drafts based on your own answers. The pack is delivered as a page that can be saved as a PDF.

Price and payment

DKK 1,195 incl. VAT (DKK 956 excl. VAT) per pack. Card payment via Stripe. There is no subscription.

Delivery and withdrawal

The pack is delivered immediately after payment. The service is aimed at businesses. If a consumer buys it, the consumer consents to immediate delivery and loses the right of withdrawal once delivered (Danish Consumer Contracts Act section 18(2)(13)).

Opholdstjek are not lawyers and do not give legal advice on your specific case. The content is based on the law as of 7 October 2026 and your own answers. SIRI decides the case, and the union may object. We do not promise an outcome.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack. We are not liable for indirect losses, e.g. lost fees or delayed recruitment.

Errors and complaints

If you find an error in the pack, write to support@opholdstjek.dk. We correct errors against the legal text and send a new pack free of charge.

Data

Answers and details are stored encrypted and deleted after 30 days. Payment details are handled by Stripe. You receive a receipt by email from support@opholdstjek.dk. We keep the receipt number, amount and date for 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by section 12(1) of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. No tracking cookies are used.
